Booking Policy: To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit equal to the first night's stay.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable; however, last-minute cancellations are sometimes difficult for us to re-book as most Desert Wind guests submit reservation inquiries well in advance.
In order to receive a complete refund of your deposit, cancellation requests must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. at least 10 days prior to your stay. If a cancellation is necessary within the 10-day window prior to your planned arrival, we will immediately begin a diligent effort to rebook your room. If we are successful, your deposit will be promptly refunded. If we are unable to rebook your guest room, your deposit will not be refunded; however, it may be applied to a future stay with us.
Additional information: Children under 12 are not allowed for overnight stays in our guest rooms. All of our rooms are non-smoking and pet-free, and are located up one flight of stairs (no elevator access available). Our facility closes daily at 5:00 p.m.; guests are required to check in between 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. on their date of arrival.
